Description: On March 8, 2020, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of 1404 Jessup Ave, Bronx, NY after receiving a phone call from his eleven-year-old child that he had been left alone unattended at 1404 Jessup Ave. and was hungry. Plaintiff went to check on his son and upon arrival observed the child's mother, "P.A.", pulling up to the location in her vehicle. After approaching P.A. and voicing his concerns for their son’s well-being, P.A. became irate, belligerent, and struck him with her vehicle, injuring plaintiff's leg.
