Description: On August 25, 2014, the Plaintiff witnessed a fight break out between a group of people. The Plaintiff attempted to break up the fight and was knocked unconscious. Upon regaining consciousness, the Plaintiff rose and began walking to his apartment. The Plaintiff was then grabbed by NYPD Defendant P.O.
