Description: On March 2, 2017, plaintiff Taren Tyler alleges that New York County Assistant District Attorney Jaime Kleidmanconspired with NYPD Detective O'leary and Maggio to unlawfully seize plaintiff's person without warrant. Plaintiff alleges that Kleidman, O'Leary and Maggio unlawfully used GPS, wire taps, and pen subpoena to locate and arrest plainitff at the plaintiff's private domicile and the arrest itself took place on March 7, 2017. During the arrest, Detectives O'Leary and Maggio broke down the front door, physically attacked plaintiff by hitting him and pinning him to the floor. Description: On September 25, 2013, Plaintiff was lawfully at an apartment building in Brooklyn, visiting a friend on the third floor. On his way up, Plaintiff was approached by the two defendants who asked if he lived in the building. Plaintiff said he did not, was there visiting a friend, and provided identification. Plaintiff was pushed against a well, tightly handcuffed and unlawfully searched for contraband but Plaintiff had no contraband. Though not having observed Plaintiff committing any crimes, Plaintiff was taken in handcuffs to the 73rd Precinct and eventually Central Booking.
