Description: On March 12, 2016, around 5:30pm, Ms. Janelle Ross was falsely arrested while she was working at Burger King. Ms. Ross' brother, Mr. Harrison Ross, drove to Burger King to drop off a debit card for Ms. Ross. Mr. Ross parked at Burger King and was approached by Officer Eric Loria, who also happened to be the Ross' neighbor. Officer Loria asked to speak with Mr. Ross. Mr. Ross lawfully declined. Officer Loria followed Mr. Ross inside of the Burger King and asked again to speak with him. Mr. Ross again lawfully declined.
