Description: On June 11, 2020 Plaintiff was in the vicinity of Crotona Park North and Marmion Avenue in the Bronx when Defendant Officers, including Officer Olive, approached Plaintiff for no reason, and stopped, searched, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was falsely arrested, remained incarcerated for over 24 hours, and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were dismissed.
