Description: On June 5, 2013, Mr. Rahul Saksena came upon an interaction between NYPD officers in Kings County who were of the opinion that another person had illegally urinated in public. To document the occasion, Mr. Saksena began recording video on his phone, to which police officers arriving in support are alleged to have recorded with their own phones. At one point, Officer Josue Soufrance then alleged that Mr. Saksena "got in his face" and proceeded to arrest him. Plaintiff alleges Malicious prosecution, false arrest, and excessive force.
