Description: On August 19, 2011, Plaintiff was lawfully present at the intersection of Morris Avenue and the Cross Bronx Expressway, walking his dog, three blocks away from his home, when he saw Defendant Jiminez, standing between two parking spots. Defendant Jiminez greeted Plaintiff. Plaintiff responded by asking, “Are you waiting for a parking spot?” Defendant Jiminez told Plaintiff that she was prostituting.
