Description: On December 9, 2020, defendant POs, including Connolly, DOE and ROE, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered and detained plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner when he was in the vicinity of Shakespeare Avenue and West 172nd Street. Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search while in the custody of defendants. Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and falsely prosecuted with committing a crime. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearance over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
