Description: Defendant Officers broke down the front door of the plaintiffs home with a warrant for individuals not present in the apartment at the time. Officers searched the home and found a marijuana farm on the second floor that Plaintiff did not have access to. Nevertheless, Plaintiff and her mother were arrested, taken to the 105th Precinct, and charged with grand larceny of the second degree; two counts of theft of services, and criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree. All charges against the plaintiff were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.
