Description: On August 5, 2017, on Bay 16th Street near Shore Parkway, Brooklyn, NY, defendant officers, negligently arrested the plaintiff though plaintiff had not acted unlawfully. Defendants handcuffed plaintiff, restrained and unlawfully detained him in police custody. Defendants used excessive and unjustified force, intimidated and injured plaintiff. Plaintiff was brought to the police precinct and then to Central Booking.
