Description: Plaintiff arrived at her house to see her landlady grabbing at the plaintiff's daughter. A crowd of 20-30 people had gathered around plaintiff's daughter and the landlady. Police arrived at the scene and an officer stated that she was going to have to arrest both women. Officer Wright asked the plaintiff's daughter what had happened and then handcuffed and arrested the plaintiff's daughter. At the precinct, the plaintiff repeatedly asked officers and Sergeant Nadel why her daughter had been arrested, when she was the one who had been filmed and attacked by her landlady, but was told "I'll put you in solitary" by Sergeant Nadel.
