Description: On March 10, 2021, Robert Ojeda (Plaintiff) was standing outside of the above location without engaging in any criminal activity when PO Brandon Piehler and John Does (Defendants) stopped, handcuffed and arrested him. Plaintiff did exercise custody nor use or attempt to use a gray 2012 Audi. Likewise, he did not resist arrest. Despite these, plaintiff was arrested he was transported to the 52 precinct and was placed into a cell with other male prisoners. Plaintiff was strip searched and nothing illegal or unlawful was recovered, then plaintiff was transported to Central Booking.
