Description: On April 14, 2020, Plaintiff was walking down the street and placed in handcuffs by several Defendant plainclothes officers, including Defendant Detective Michael Simpson. Defendants did not have a warrant for his arrest and lacked probable cause or reasonable suspicion that Plaintiff committed a crime.
Defendants brought Plaintiff back to the 47th Precinct and interrogated Plaintiff about a fight that ended in an individual's death.
