Description: On February 2 2021 the Plaintiff was inside a retail store when wrongfully arrested by NYPD Officer Kristopher Persaud and John Doe for a shooting outside. The Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested and transported to the 45th Precinct and placed in a holding cell for several hours before being transported to Central Booking. The Plaintiff was released based on the DA decision not to prosecute.
