Description: On January 1, 1992, after 3:00 AM, teenager Jennifer Negron was beaten, strangled, stabbed, and dumped from a vehicle into a street corner about a mile from her house, where she was discovered around 6:00 AM, nude from the waste down, wearing a blood-stained top. This case is about the framing of Negron's neighbor, Plaintiff Reggie Connor, for this murder.
