Description: On November 15, 2015, plaintiff Mr. Pierre was pulled over by several defendant officers when he was traveling in his car in Queens. Those defendant officers approached Mr. Pierre with their guns drawn at Mr. Pierreās face and ordered Mr. Pierre to exit the vehicle. Defendants searched the vehicle without a warrant or consent from Mr. Pierre but failed to find any weapons or contraband. The defendants nevertheless arrested plaintiff and transported plaintiff to a police precinct and later to a Central Booking. The defendants claimed to have found the alleged contraband in a vehicle after assaulting the plaintiff, but the case was ultimately dismissed.
