Description: Plaintiff was 15 years old when wrongly convicted of three counts of murder in the second degree. Plaintiff was coerced and forcefully interrogated by defendant officers which resulted in a wrongly conviction at 60th precinct. After 22 years, the New York Medical Examiners used the DNA to prove plaintiff's innocence but plaintiff has already in prison for 22 years before his release and unfortunately died because of the health problems that he got from prison.

Description: On June 18, 1992, Plaintiff found his mother, little sister, and family friend murdered in his apartment. They had been tied up, stabbed, and garroted with electrical cords. Plaintiff immediately reported the crime and went to the precinct to assist the investigation. Instead of trying to solve the case, Detectives at the 60th Precinct falsely accused Plaintiff and his friend, Sharrif Wilson, of killing the three people. Officers, led by Lt. James Luongo, coerced Sharrif into falsely confessing on videotape and manipulated Plaintiff into signing his name to a false account of the incident written out by detectives.
