Description: On January 5, 2022, PO McGill drove into Plaintiff’s pedicab and crashed into it multiple times outside of the Richard Rodgers Theater located at 226 W46th Street, New York. When Plaintiff asked why PO McGill intentionally smashed his vehicle, PO McGill responded, “YOU NEED TO GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE.” PO McGill immediately grabbed Plaintiff’s upper body and slammed him against Plaintiff’s vehicle, causing substantial pain to Plaintiff’s shoulder, arm, leg, and most of the right side of the body when Plaintiff recorded PO McGill’s badge number.
