Description: On September 22, 2020, Defendants BRIAN TRAVIS, NICOLAS LUPO, JORDAN MOSES, ALEXIS DEJESUS and other unknown police officers unlawfully arrested and detained Plaintiff who had parked his electric bike in the 48th precinct parking lot in Bronx. Plaintiff was not obstructing pedestrian or vehicle traffic or otherwise committing any offense or violation of the law. The defendants aggressively approached the plaintiff, harassed him, struck him in the face and threw him to the ground. Then, Plaintiff was falsely charged with Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Harassment in the Second Degree and other crimes.
