Description: On April 24, 2013, plaintiff was sleeping at his grandparents' home in the Bronx when NYPD officers, including PO Samuel Castro, knocked down the front door with their guns drawn, verbally abused plaintiff, then roughly handcuffed and falsely arrested him without a warrant or probable cause. They transported him to the precinct and then to Central Booking, and remained in custody for 48 hours.
Plaintiff had to appear in court three times until the case was dismissed on October 18, 2013.
