Description: On September 6, 2010, an unidentified gunman shot at NYPD Officers Seminara, Henderson, and Ortlieb. Trevor Perez was present at the shooting and was unlawfully handcuffed and imprisoned shortly thereafter despite not being involved in the shooting.
