Description: On November 3, 2013, NYPD Officers Evrody Siede and Wesley Wellington pulled up next to Plaintiff's taxi and told him he had to leave even though he was attempting to move his taxi into the line of taxis by a parallel parking maneuver that was entirely lawful. The officers then wrongfully charged Plaintiff with Obstructing a Traffic Lane. In response to Plaintiff stating, "thank you for wasting my time," the officers proceeded to arrest Plaintiff illegally. PO Siede did not reply even though Plaintiff kept asking why he had been arrested.
