Complaint
Description: On August 14, 2015, the US marshal, NYPD, and FDNY kicked down the plaintiff's son's apartment door, detonated smoke bombs, fatally shot the plaintiff's son, and took pictures of his body. US marshal and NYPD negotiation teams flew the plaintiff to New York City from Delaware to assist in negotiations with her son. They left the plaintiff and her grandson stranded in New York City.
