Description: On September 5, 2021, the plaintiff was lawfully walking down avenue in Bronx holding a can o paper confetti near the 46th Pct. The Defendants LOUIS ORTIZ, CLAUDE STATEN, ANGEL BALANAVOV, JUSTIN SAMPATH, AMY E. POLANCO, NEILRODIC DEY, LAWRENCE DUNLAY, TIAGO GOMES, and other unknown police officers .asked him to turn around accusing him to be a protestor but the Plaintiff kept walking in respect of all laws. Subsequently, he was forcibly grabbed and punched. On the floor, he suffered from the Defendant's weights and was violently handcuffed, stroked and dragged against a car.
