Description: The plaintiff was not violating any traffic laws when he was pulled over by the defendant officers. Without probable cause the defendant officer searched the plaintiff and his vehicle. Despite the fact that nothing illegal was found, the defendant officers arrested the plaintiff and took him to a nearby precinct. He was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, and disorderly conduct. The charges were later dismissed.
