Description: On February 15, 2013, Plaintiff was driving with his wife when he was pulled over by police officers. they demanded to see the identification of each occupant of the car. After checking the identifications and asking several questions, Plaintiff was issued a ticket for driving through a red light. Plaintiff and his wife then drove away. Approximately one block later, officers pulled him over again. They approached Plaintiff's car with their guns drawn. Plaintiff was violently pulled from the driver's seat and assaulted by the officers. He was dragged, punched and kicked multiple times. He was struck several times with a police baton.
