Description: On, April 9, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully in his residence in Brooklyn when Defendants, including OLGA BERKOVICH and other unknown police officers, entered Plaintiff’s house without an arrest warrant, search warrant, consent and without any legal authority to do so. Defendants pointed their weapons at Plaintiff even though Plaintiff did not pose a threat to himself or to anyone else while he was holding his infant-child. Defendants proceeded to physically restrain Plaintiff while violently contorting his arms to handcuff him.
