Description: On November 27, 2021, while the plaintiff was lawfully walking as a pedestrian, he was forcibly seized and detained by NYPD officers, including Adan Suazorodas, Larry Simpson, and Mark Fontana, without probable cause or reasonable suspicion to believe that the plaintiff had committed or was about to commit any crime or violation.
