Description: On Juy 1, 2011, Mr. Manzano accompanied his brother and some friends at a party at a bowling alley. During an altercation between bowling alley patrons, Mr. Manzano's friends were assaulted, and after, Mr. Manzano himself was assaulted. Being informed by a civilian vehicle of a fight, police officers Sanchez and Holland drove towards the site and started beating plaintiff Mr. Manzano, with the help of a gun. As a result of the brutal battery, Mr. Manzano suffered permanent cognitive impairment, including memory loss.
