Description: On January 2, 2023, PO PHILLIPS, PETRONE, HARPER, GATTO, and O’BRIEN wrongfully, illegally, and unlawfully seized, detained, confined, arrested, and imprisoned Plaintiff SANDAL when he was lawfully occupied in his commercial stores in Queens. At that time, Plaintiff hired Richard on a daily basis. However, Richard’s parents were unhappy to hire Richard and pay him directly. They called and falsely stated that their son was kidnapped. Even though Plaintiff SANDAL confirmed that Richard was with Plaintiff and that there was no risk of flight of violence to PO’s questioning, POs rushed Plaintiff and pushed his body against his vehicle.
