Description: On January 19, 2012, Defendant officers illegally entered and searched Plaintiffs' (husband and wife) home. Neither Plaintiff was home during the search. Only Plaintiff wife's mother, their 1 1/2 year old son, and niece and nephew were in the apartment during the search. The officers were looking for Plaintiff husband and asked where he kept his gun. No one in the apartment kept a gun. Officers left the apartment but returned the next day and illegally seized and searched Plaintiff wife's phone and used it to call numbers stored on the phone.
