Description: On January 30, 2021, Plaintiff was riding in the passenger seat of a vehicle driven by a friend to attend a friend's funeral. Without any probable cause, Defendant officers, including KYLE BROWN and MIKELJAN AGOLLI stopped the vehicle that Plaintiff was travelling in and requested his identification. Without any reason or lawful basis, Plaintiff was then handcuffed, searched, and placed at the rear of the vehicle, as per the Officers, for "being an asshole". Plaintiff was transported to the Precinct and questioned about whether he knew people selling guns.
