Description: Plaintiff approached a group of men to ask the location of the closest store that accepts EBT cards. At that time, Defendant Officer Vitale approached Plaintiff, asked for ID, and asked about an empty container of alcohol on the steps. Plaintiff was then arrested and brought to the 77th precinct. Plaintiff was then interviewed several times in regards to a shooting that occurred at the scene minutes before Plaintiff was arrested. Plaintiff was transported to Brooklyn Central Booking until his case was sealed on December 17, 2014.
