Description: On November 2, 2021, around 6:00 PM, Plaintiff Hector Vargas was racially profiled and stopped near West Fordham Road and Andrews Avenue, Bronx, by Defendant Officers Ariel Guzman, Amadeo Oktrova, Edgar Rivera, John Doe, John Roe, and Gina Mestre.
