Complaint
Description: On March 5, 2021, plaintiff was exiting a liquor store on Tompkins Ave, Brooklyn, NY with her friend Sharice when Lambert and another unidentified officer approached. Lambert placed her into handcuffs for an incident that allegedly occurred on February 13, 2021. Plaintiff complained to Lambert multiple times the handcuffs were too tight and were causing extreme pain. Lambert refused to loosen the handcuffs. At arraignment Plaintiff was charged with 3rd degree attempted burglary and 2nd degree criminal trespass. Upon release after arraignment, plaintiff was seen in Brooklyn Hospital where she was diagnosed with a fracture at the right wrist.
