Description: On or about June 26, 2009 at about 8:00 p.m., Plaintiffs Morales and Rivera attended the grand opening of "Da Bakery" located at Southern Boulevard between 173rd and 174th Street in Bronx, New York. The Plaintiffs, who were acquaintances from the "art scene," arrived at the event separately, each unaware that the other was attending. There were about 200 people at the event, both inside and outside.
