Description: On or about August 9, 2019, plaintiff Moncrieffe was forcibly seized and arrested on a false charge of committing criminal mischief in the fourth degree relating to a property. He was taken into custody by police officer Antonellis who was provided with a false information on which the seizure was based. Therefore, Moncrieffe against whom all charges were dismissed, suffered loss and damage.
