Description: On September 4, 2014, Plaintiff was processed out of custody at Riker's Island. He was immediately taken to the 75th Precinct and held in by officers. Plaintiff was denied food, water, or any opportunity to use the bathroom. Defendant officers then contacted Plaintiff's mother by telephone and said that if she brought Plaintiff’s brother, Plaintiff would be released. She did not do so.
