Description: On July 1, 2013, Plaintiff Gonzalo Cortes was unlawfully stopped, searched, arrested, transported to the 115th precinct of the NYPD by police, including one Officer Smith (unknown first name) and then was beaten when he asked to use the restroom, causing him a tear in his shoulder.
