Complaint
Description: On April 27, 2021, the Defendants MARK AEIRA, JAMES LINDQUIST, JAMES O'BRIEN, GREGORY SCOTT, ARIEL GUZMAN, ROBERT GLENN. MARK PREIRA and other unknown Police Officers stopped, frisked, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained the Plaintiffs in an aggressive and excessive manner and without probable cause or any other legal justification. These illegal stops and searches were based solely on the basis of age and race whereas the Plaintiffs were lawfully present at the vicinity and were not tenants or owners of the apartment and no contraband was present in plain view. Resulting of these violent arrets, Plaintiffs suffered great and permanent bodily injuries. Plaintiffs were then falsely accused of...
