Description: On September 20, 2021, the defendant police officers, Patricia Morris (shield #11817), Sergeant Roque Leo (shield #1199), David Schwartz (shield #1167) and John O'Rourke (shield #12156) and other defendant police officers, yet unidentified, without probable cause, grabbed, handcuffed, and forcefully shoved the plaintiff, Krystal Charles into a police vehicle. The incident occurred at the intersection of Seaview Avenue and Canarsie Road, in the County of Kings, New York.
