Description: On January 16, 2013 plaintiff was arrested by the NYPD and charged with felonies including attempted assault in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. This arrest was based on an allegation by a complainant who had six open criminal cases being prosecuted by the Kings County DA. The case against plaintiff was dismissed on July 26, 2013 and he was released. On January 21, 2013 plaintiff was arrested again by Detective Zambito and charged with felony offenses including attempted murder in the second degree. This arrest was based on allegations by the same complainant as the first. Plaintiff's counsel hired a private investigator who spoke to a sergeant in the 62nd Precinct, wh...
