Description: On January 20, 2022, between 1:30 - 2:00 pm, Decedent Plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of Shoelace Park in Bronx County. Defendant Officers Ramos, Garza, Curzio, and John Doe assaulted, battered, and used excessive force against Plaintiff. Defendant officers intentionally discharged a total of 10 rounds from their service firearms at Plaintiff during their interaction. Some or all of these shots struck plaintiff multiple times about his body in various locations.
