Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was talking to bouncer at Restaurant where incident took place about his glasses being broken. Defendants approached plaintiff and grabbed him and slammed him to the floor, drove his knees in plaintiff's back. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff hit his head against the sidewalk and needed stiches. Case was dismissed and sealed.
