Description: On August 21, 2014, defendants falsely, improperly and without a warrant, arrested the herein plaintiff. Plaintiff was then transported and detained at the police precinct. Defendants so conspired and colluded and/or implied purpose of justifying plaintiff's arrest and enduring plaintiff's conviction for a crime he did not commit. The defendants perpetuated the prosecution of the plaintiff, compelling his wrongful imprisonment until February 1, 2018. Plaintiff was then incarcerated at Rikers Island Correctional Facility. During his incarceration, defendants relentlessly neglected to provide urgently required hospital and/or medical care, treatment, supervision and management for the plaintiff. The plaintiff was...
