Description: On March 17, 2012, Plaintiff and his friend left a club and walked into the adjoining parking lot to find their ride home. Description: On December 17, 2011, Plaintiff was forcefully removed from a motor vehicle parked in front of the NYPD's 103rd precinct in Queens, NY by Defendant officer Perrone, without cause or justification. After being removed from the vehicle Plaintiff was struck in the head by Defendant officer Perrone. Plaintiff was then handcuffed by two Defendant officers, believed to be Defendants Perrone and Riker, after which point Defendant officer Perrone threw Plaintiff onto the steps of the precinct, causing him to land face first.
