Description: On or about August 27th, 2020, Plaintiff and her elderly mother were checked-in guests and lawful occupants for a number of weeks at the hotel and hospitality handicapped accommodation room of defendant The Freehand Hotel located at Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10010.
