Description: On October 17, 2012, in front of the Hammerstein Ballroom on West 34th St. in Manhattan, Plaintiff was followed by Defendant Officers, including Officers Mitchell and Slater, as he entered the subway station. Without Defendant Officers identifying themselves or giving Plaintiff any opportunity to surrender lawfully to arrest, Plaintiff was assaulted, maced, and arrested and sustained personal injuries to the eyes, head, face, neck, back and limbs.
