Description: On November 13, 2020, while lawfully near 656 Miller Avenue in Kings, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully arrested by the defendants in an excessive manner without legal justification. The plaintiff had arrived at the location to assist his friend, who had been shot and needed medical help. After calling 911 and ensuring his friend's transport to the hospital, the defendants arrived and arrested the plaintiff, restraining him with metal handcuffs and conducting an unlawful pat-down search, which yielded nothing.
