Description: On March 6, 2010, Plaintiff was returning home from a night out with friends when they stopped to talk to acquaintances in the Bronx. Defendant Officers Price and Lee-Shue were in a marked car when they stopped and ordered Plaintiff out of the vehicle in which he was sitting.
